YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM(S) FOR A REFUND?
PERFEX Industries will accept any returns for up to 30-Days from the date of the delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t take any return for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Before ship back any product, you must fill our "RETURN A PRODUCT" form. Once done, we will be back to you by email with a confirmation and your return number.
*** Approved returns are valid for 30-Days.
EASY AS 123 - HOW TO START A RETURN, STEP BY STEP.
1. Go on our return a product page (link below).
2. Enter your Order Number and Email (same email that you used to complete the order).
3. Select the product that you need to return.
4. Select the reason of the return and the quantity (if necessary).
5. Choose your refund mode.
6. Verify your information. Click on PROCEED TO RETURN once all is good.

All the extra details and instructions to return the product will be provided by email. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned items (exceptions may apply). Always return the product using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds can be applied to the original payment method only. Refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days that we received the products. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
PERFEX Industries Inc. reserves the right to refuse/return merchandise to the customer or to charge a 20% restocking fee under the following conditions:
- The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used, or scratched.
- The returned merchandise was improperly packaged.
- The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by the customer.

2. Go to your Amazon orders page and locate order to be returned.
3. Click on the Return or Replace Items icon.
4. Select the reason for the return and submit your return request.
5. Seller or eBay will provide next steps for return. If a return number (RMA) is provided, please write this on the shipping label area.

AUTHORIZED DEALER
Items purchased from others stores must be returned to those stores, in conjunction with their Store's Policy.
*** We will NOT Accept/Refund any return of any product that has not been purchased from our Website.
EBAY
1. Contact the eBay seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.
2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History.
3. Select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
4. Select the reason for the return and submit your return request.
5. Seller or eBay will provide next steps for return. If a return number (RMA) is provided, please write this on the shipping label area.
