NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFOUND?

 


Perfex Industries will accept returns for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Before ship back the product, please contact us to have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Approved RMA’s are valid for 30 days. Write clearly the number on the box when you will return it. Returned items without a RMA will delay processing time.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned items (exceptions may apply). Always return the product using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 3 business days that Perfex Industries received the products. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.

Perfex Industries reserves the right to refuse merchandise, return merchandise to customer or charge a 20% restocking fee under the following conditions:

  • The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used, or scratched.
  • The returned merchandise was improperly packaged.
  • The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by the customer.


Original shipping costs are not refundable.


PURCHASED FROM AMAZON:

  1. Contact the Amazon seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.

  2. Go to your Amazon orders page and locate order to be returned.

  3. Click on the Return or Replace Items icon.

  4. Select the reason for the return and submit return request.

  5. Seller or Amazon will provide next steps for return. If a return number (RMA) is provided, please write this on the shipping label area.

PURCHASED FROM EBAY:

  1. Contact the eBay seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.

  2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History.

  3. Select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

  4. Select the reason for the return and submit return request.

  5. Seller or eBay will provide next steps for return. If a return number (RMA) is provided, please write this on the shipping label area.

Items purchased from Perfex Industries Dealers or stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.
