Installing or using aftermarket ATV and UTV products may involve significant risks.

PERFEX™ products may alter a vehicle’s original configuration, dimensions, ground clearance, suspension geometry, handling, steering, braking, stability, load distribution or other operating characteristics.

Improper product selection, installation, maintenance or use may result in product failure, vehicle damage, property damage, loss of control, serious injury or death.

Always exercise sound judgment and prioritize safety when installing or using any PERFEX™ product.

This Legal Disclaimer applies to the purchase, installation, ownership and use of PERFEX™ products.

The safety warnings, installation responsibilities and user obligations described on this page apply to every person who installs, operates, maintains or otherwise uses a PERFEX™ product, regardless of where the product was purchased.

By purchasing directly from PERFEX™, installing or using a PERFEX™ product, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to this Legal Disclaimer and are responsible for reviewing and understanding it.

PERFEX™ products are designed for the specific off-road, recreational or utility applications identified on the applicable product page or product documentation.

Customers and users are responsible for:

Nothing in this Legal Disclaimer excludes or limits any legal warranty, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The statutory warranties provided by applicable consumer protection laws continue to apply where required. In Québec, legal warranties can apply automatically and without charge, independently of a manufacturer’s conventional warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PERFEX™, PERFEX Industries Inc. and their owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, authorized dealers and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from or related to:

The customer and user are responsible for determining whether the purchase, installation and use of a PERFEX™ product comply with all laws, regulations, vehicle standards and trail requirements applicable to them.

The availability or sale of a product does not represent that its use is lawful in every jurisdiction or for every application.

Immediately stop using the product and vehicle if you observe or suspect:
