Upgrade your CFMOTO ZForce 500 or 800 Trail (2015–2022) with the PERFEX™ Bracket Lift System. Designed to increase ground clearance through optimized shock positioning, this heavy-duty 2-inch lift kit helps your UTV tackle rough terrain, deep ruts, and challenging obstacles with greater ease.
The additional clearance allows you to fit tires up to 28 inches, giving your ZForce a taller, more aggressive stance while helping reduce hang-ups and unwanted contact with obstacles underneath your vehicle.
Our lift kit includes heavy-duty front and rear brackets, laser-cut and CNC bent from 3/16-inch Canadian steel for a precise fit. Protected by a durable black powder-coated finish, these brackets are built to withstand demanding off-road conditions. Every structural component is backed by our Lifetime Structural Warranty.
Designed for a direct bolt-on installation, this 2-inch lift kit is easy to install with basic tools and a jack. All necessary hardware and instructions are included, allowing you to have your ZForce ready for the trails in no time.
We strongly recommend installing wheel spacers with this lift kit to help restore track width and maintain a wider, more stable stance. For the CFMOTO ZForce 500/800 Trail, we recommend a minimum of 1.25-inch front wheel spacers and 1-inch rear wheel spacers for the best overall setup.

One thing on the back brackets the exhaust cover was hard to get around ha to remove the one 10mm bolt then I had enough room.

Installation of the kit was not difficult. The end result was a tad more than 1.75" lift at the reciever, which is a great improvement. Climbing in and out of the machine is easier with the added height. Can't wait to see how it helps with rocks and tire ruts on the trails! I'm hoping the lift gives me a little more suspension travel, or at least helps with bottoming out the rear suspension when going over whoops.

Installed in 2 hours. Needed to loosen a heat shield bracket to get the inside back bracket to fit but luckily watched a video before installing so I knew what to do.

Pretty good fit. The inside cross bracket needed the top motor heat shield bolts loosened to slide up in and fit properly. Also, the oxygen sensor needed to be disconnected and taken under both cross brackets. No big deal. Easy

Haven't installed it yet as im still away at sea working till December 2nd...i know these kits come highly recommended and cant wait to see the end result after installation...i will be ordering 4 2inch spacers on the 15th of this month from Perfex to complete the package...Cant wait!!!

This is the way the machine shoulda come from the factory!!! I didn’t want the full 2” lift, but instead wanted to use this kit to reduce the preload on the shocks in an attempt to get a better ride. Installed kit, adjusted springs on front coils all the way back, adjusted rears an equal amount. Turned the compression damping to its fastest setting and voila!!! Perfect for the trails and washouts we ride. No more spine jarring bumps. And, I still gained about 3/4” of actual lift. Well built, super easy to install. Would highly recommend this product!

The kit should come with the emergency brake cable relocation brackets. They are at a bad angle.

I recently purchased this product and was pleasantly surprised how fast it came but was very surprised at how fast and easily it installed . After measuring my CFM TO 800 trail stock and after lifting I gained 2 1/2 inches of clearance . I'm also very happy with the handling after installing it. Reasonably priced, I am not a mechanic, but installation was easy and relatively fast. The actual lift I got was 1 1/2 inches front and back, but that should be quite adequate. So far I am pleased with the result.
