Very well made fit perfect look awesome took a roughly 15 minutes to install just remember to work the plate till you can start the nut on all four bolts two of the back bolts seem short but they are not work the plate and you’ll see really nice plates. I took the picture directly after installing on my 2024 Kodiak 450 so I didn’t cut the two forward bolts yet!

Great fit. The bolts may seem too short. That's because the plate is not fully in place. When you tighten the nuts they will pull the plate into the footwell, fully seating the plate in position.

The footwell protection for the kodiak 450 is 100% with the money. Hopping logs they hit every single time. Fitment was bang in. Instructions easy to follow. Awesome canadian product. The a arm guards will save u alot if down time if u ride in the sticks. By deflection around the cv boots.

Un must quand tu sort des trails. J'ai ravagé mes footwells dans des chemins rough. Une fois installés, il donne beaucoup de rigidité au plastique et vont permettre aux souches/roches de glissé sans se prendre dans les cellule de plastique. Gros highlight les bolt recessed <3 Facile à installer même avec les marches pieds passager (barres appuis pieds). Vraiment hâte de les mettre à l'épreuve dans ma prochaine aventure !!

Went on perfectly and are made really well. But the one thing that bugs me is the bolts. They go down threw and are to long. Seams to me they will get cot on things. I don’t see a other way just cut them off. I tried other ways but I guess it what it is. Mine have a nut welded in place need to take that out and then may be a care age blot

About the bolts for the footweel, most of our customers put the head of the bolts face up, and cut the extra length of the bolt using a grinder, to be able to be "flush" with the plates. Everything looks good. Should stiffen up and protect the footwells !! It would have been a little nicer if the bolts were the right length but it all went together fine .

I chose Perfex footwell skid plates for our 2021 Yamaha Kodiak one because it's a Canadian company and two I like the recessed bolt holes. These fit well and were easily installed. The only thing i did different was put the bolt up through from the bottom keeping a lower profile. The kit comes with 2 longer (50mm) bolts. I needed 2 per side so i had to go buy a couple more. Yamaha footwells have little support and break easily so these skid plates provide better support and protection.

Great quality product but I had to bend them a little bit because they were hitting the metal frame. Not a big deal these things are heavy duty. Great people to work with. Will probably buy the skid plates when they go on sale or I figure how to input my military dd214.

Les vis M-40 sont trop longues. De chaque côté les deux vis les plus loin du moteur doivent être changées pour des M-30 et voir un peu moins.

Skid plates are impressive. Very nicely cut and bent to a great fit. They do a good job of supporting the flimsy factory footwells. Hardware is disappointing, There were no spacers to prevent crushing the plastic. Regular steel bolts will be prone to rusting between the foot pegs and skid plates, causing them to break off if footwell removal is necessary. Please consider sending flange head stainless bolts and spacers when replacing factory bolts, while using current lock nuts to prevent galvanic corrosion. The bolts don't touch the aluminum to the same extent as the nuts. This upgrade would be well worth the extra price.

Fit and Finish of the plates are excellent, would be 5 stars but I was super satisfied with the mounting hardware and the instructions were somewhat unclear.
