Need to include a QR code to a video of the installation. Your instructions are better than most nowadays but still bad pictures and explanations. I can build you a house from a patch of dirt so I’m not a dumb person by any means. Videos make life simple. These directions don’t.

I have finally installed the Perfex 3"/2" Lift Kit on my 2024 Yamaha Wolverine X2 850. First off, WOW! The quality and engineering of this kit, hardware separated into Front and Rear bags really aids in installation. The brackets are extremely heavy duty and fit like a glove. You will need both hands when you receive your kit as it weighs a lot due to the Heavy Duty Brackets and Hardware. I have to admit that I had to read the instructions over and over again and visually fit the brackets and hardware into place to see how it all makes sense and comes together. Just a suggestion, maybe color instruction manuals instead of black and white would be easier to see the pictures. (Not complaining as I was able to stumble through it. Lol) Keep in mind the instructions are different for pre 2020 models and this is where reading a little ahead helps with the confusion. (This pertains to the rear brackets installation. Inside vs. Outside installation on rear frame). But once I completed one side, I was very quick to complete the other side. Total install time for me was 2 1/2 hours, but I did take my time and torqued all hardware. Frederick Beauchemin President of Perfex Industries has supplied me every lift kit for my ATV's and Side by Sides for the past 5 years, best lift kit yet! (This is my third purchase of your lift kits for 3 totally different applications) I did get a true 3” lift in the front (you get 3" in the front and only 2" in the rear so your machine is level. This makes a huge difference from stock). I did get a true 2” lift in the rear! Left my shocks and coils at factory settings. I am still running the factory wheels and tires and did not require wheel spacers. I am heading into my camp with 12 other guys who have ATV’s and Side by Sides. This will surely be the discussion this weekend as my Wolverine has such a noticeable stance and height to it now. ***************************************************************** Just came back from work weekend in camp! We are in the middle of nowhere and lease approx. 3300 acres. Many different terrains to navigate. First off, big difference in ride quality..... with the lift kit on and shocks/coils at factory settings, my Wolverine rode so much better and handles corners and bumps amazingly. The much needed ground clearance especially in the mud holes and rocks was definitely noticeable as I never bottomed out. There was also a 2018 Yamaha Wolverine X2 850 R Spec with me as well with no lift kit and it was constantly getting stuck or hung up. Happy to say a couple of my fellow Camp members are ordering their Perfex Lift Kits immediately so they can have them installed for the Moose Hunt. Originally I was going to order bigger tires and rims to compliment this lift kit, but after this weekend with absolutely no ground clearance issues.......I will just save my money for something else! Awsome product eventhough I had to return it. Will not work with super atv rear a arms and axels. Not enough travel in a arms for 3" lift. Lift kit built supper tough. Wish i could have used it.

Lift went on pretty decently. Directions were pretty clear and pretty easy to follow. Only issues I had was on the rear section of the lift. The longer bolts were included for the upper shock mount for the new brackets for the shock tower and the shock itself. There were no longer bolts included for the bottom of the bracket that goes on the lower part of the frame. Had to run and grab a couple longer bolts to use for that, but other than that it went on pretty smoothly for one person doing it.

I got the wrong kit first, but they quickly sent the right one. My son put it on for me in a few hours and the directions were good. It failed it a true 3 inches.

I bought the 3/2” inch lift for my wolverine x2. Ordered it and it made it ahead of when Frederick said it would be. Opened the package up and everything was individually bubble wrapped and well placed in the box as not to scratch anything. When I was ready to put it on the machine set everything out to make sure I had everything and started putting it in. This was one of the easiest lift kits I’ve ever put in! You can tell when you’re putting it together a lot of time and effort went into designing and making this kit. Rides just as smooth as when it was stock too. I wouldn’t hesitate and to buy another one and will be buying one for my grizzly as well!

Other than missing 4 sway bar bolts and washers I love the way the lift kit fits and I like the quality of the lift components. Ps I got the missing bolts at Home Depot with no problems. I am taking the x2 to the trails this coming weekend to see if the wheel spacers, arm guards and lift kit make a difference. Thank you making this lift kit. S Smith

Instructions were written by a non American. Some steps were omitted, Instructions need to be rewritten. I was missing the correct washers, had to go purchase them and also 2 grease fittings that were missing. I did get an extra pack of A-arm bushings.... The lift does exactly that. I like the stance now that it is installed. I have noticed the Buggy rides somewhat rougher now, but I also went to 30" tires. Overall, happy with the install. Time will tell, haven't drove too much yet.

Lift kit was Awesome to install. Only thing I’d change is your directions on the rear installation from year to year with the sway bar bracket. Your directions are not very clear as to which year to install the brackets. Example is my 2022 has sleeves on the rear sway bar from Yamaha that are permanent so the mount can not be moved. I can send additional pics if you need. Otherwise, I’m very happy and impressed with your product as my Yamaha looks Awesome!!!

Instructions were great, took about 2 hours. Will clear 30s on the X2, slight rub at full lock with 2 inch wheel spacers. Best lift out there for the Wolverines hands down.

Installed on 2020 X4 xt-r. After installing hard enclosure on our machine clearance dropped from 11.5 inches to 10.5 inches. Added the 3 inch lift and 1 inch spacers on the front. Hit the trails for about an hour then rechecked all the bolts. Nothing had loosened up. The machine now sits 12.5 inches front and back and 59.5 inches wide. I could have raised it back up by adjusting the preload on the shocks which would definitely raise it up another inch however I didn’t want to stiffen the ride. The kit installed in about an hour and a half with only basic tools. Overall I am extremely happy with the results. The kit is extremely well built but more importantly I had made several calls with questions when I was trying to figure out exactly which kit I should opt for. Your staff are extremely knowledgeable and amazing people. You have earned a customer for life. The only thing I think I may change is putting the 2 inch spacers on the front once they are back in stock and moving the 1 inch spacers to the rear to push the width out to 60.5 inches. Thanks again for a great lift, but more importantly running a company with such great customer service.
