PERFEX™ Bracket Lift System

Built Specifically for the Can-Am Outlander X MR

Give your 2019–2024 Can-Am Outlander X MR 650, 850 or 1000R an additional 2 inches of ground clearance with the PERFEX™ Bracket Lift System. Designed specifically around the X MR suspension, this complete front and rear lift system gives your ATV the extra clearance needed for deep mud, ruts, rocks, and demanding off-road terrain while allowing you to fit tires up to 30 inches for a taller, more aggressive stance.

Tire Fitment Note: Tires larger than 30 inches may be possible, but minor fender trimming may be required depending on tire size, wheel offset, and overall setup.

More than just a basic lift, the system includes dedicated front and rear lift brackets along with rear sway bar relocation brackets to properly reposition the sway bar after the vehicle is lifted. Every structural component is built for serious off-road use and backed by our Lifetime Structural Warranty.

 

Front to Rear — A Complete Xmr Lift System

The front installation is simple and straightforward, taking approximately 30 minutes. The rear requires more work due to the Xmr suspension layout and sway bar relocation, including minor grinding during installation. Plan approximately 2.5 hours for the rear, for a total installation time of around 3 hours.

Installation Note: Minor grinding is required during the rear installation. All required lift and sway bar relocation brackets, mounting hardware, and detailed installation instructions are included with the kit.

 

 

Complete Your Outlander X MR Setup

Wheel Spacers — Recommended

Lifting the Outlander changes the suspension geometry and reduces the vehicle’s track width. We recommend using at least 1-inch front and rear wheel spacers to help restore track width, provide a wider stance, and improve overall stability after the lift.

Heavy-Duty Rear Axles — Recommended

On the Can-Am Outlander X MR, installing a 2-inch lift increases the operating angles and articulation demands placed on the rear CV axles. For this specific application, we recommend upgrading to heavy-duty rear axles with increased articulation capability. This is especially important for aggressive riding, deep mud, and demanding off-road use, where the rear suspension operates through a greater range of movement and at increased CV angles.
