Rear pan rearmost bend was close to a full inch behind the bike blocking oem hitch, plate had to be modified to fit. front pan hardwere was too short in the centre bolt aria and had to be replaced. Front a arm guards hit the brake calipers when turning full range, atv has all oem suspension. Instructions don't show that foot whell guards are overlapped by the centre pan, note with foot whell guards installed the centre pan doesn't contact the frame on its bumper pads.

Skid plates and A arm guards installed easily. One bolt on the center of the bash plate was a pain but I was able to get it. It helps having the same plates on my 21 grizzly. Now my 26 grizzly is protected. Needed them last ride had a rock come up and hit my footwell bracket and bent it. Just missed coming through the plastic in the footwell. Thank you Perfex for a great product and fast shipping from Canada to Pennsylvania.

The plate was sturdy, seemed to be made well. Installation was smooth minus one component was wrong. They gave me 2 40mm bolts and the washers and nuts were for 20mm and the hole was drilled for 20mm. I just went and purchased two new bolts and resumed the installation.

Kit was great but a couple of things would make it better in my opinion when spacers are required tack welding them in place would make the installation much easier also where the skids are cut a weld would make them stronger especially on the front plate I also ordered a kit for my wife’s Kodiak 450 and it was welded. I love that all the bolt holes are recessed and the fit was great.

This was my second set of skid plates for my second Grizzly. Had no hesitation in ordering the second set. Extremely well made.
Installation is much easier when the ATV is on the back wheels. Best to put the wheel well skid plates on first, then the remainder. Had a few problems with the first set and had to drill the wheel well plates out a bit to fit. Putting these on first the second time around, then the rest of the plates and then tightening everything at the end required no re-drilling and was much easier.

2” lift and full skid plate kit from Perfex. Skid plates held up well in first 212 kms run. Haven’t tried the two inch lift on the trails yet but bike looks great and feels good.
