Bien que les espaceurs de roue ne soient pas nécessaires, nous recommandons fortement d'ajouter au moins 1 pouce des entretoises avant et arrière. Kit is built solid but rear brackets dont really fit my 24 King Quad 400asi very well. It worked but not a great fit. Also diagram in instructions dont match text. Diagram does not show washers being used in upper shock mount but text does say to use them. If you dont the upper part of the bracket will bend when torquing bolts. Should be clearer, had to disassemble the front mounts and redo them.

I’ll take a closer look at the rear bracket fitment on the 2024 KingQuad 400ASi and also update the instructions to make the washer installation clearer. It seems as if I was sent the wrong lift kit, but I had to wait MONTHS for it to be off of back order, so im just going to weld it on. I was sent 2 extra pieces with bends for the rear when the pictures clearly showed that I needed only ONE bend and a straight piece. So I had the 4 straight pieces for the front and 4 bent pieces for the rear.

I recently purchased a 2” lift for my Suzuki King Quad 400asi. Did my first test of the lift yesterday and it worked well. I ride in the Poconos mountain often and it is very rocky. I would smash my skid plates often on the rocks. This time when I rode the trails I didn’t hit any of my skids even with the stock size tires. So far I’m very happy with the lift.

Facile a installé et très solide . Le vtt a une très bonne garde au sol .
Le seul problème les boots de cardan ne tiennent pas longtemps, 2 boots en 1 an .

Very easy to put on wish them made taller ones they held up to my friends jumping on the back of my four wheeler I can run 30s with no rub

Overall I am very happy with how the lift turned out. It was very easy to install. My only issue is I was missing two of the M6 bolts designed to help stabilize the brackets. I sourced new ones at the store. I am also not sure if there was supposed to
Be more washers but I prefer to use washers on all the bolts 3/8 bolts. I only had 8 washers per hardware bag. I already had 8 washers laying around that I was able to use for the spacers for the shocks

Overall the quality of the kit is nice. Appears to be a good powder coat on the brackets and the instructions are easy to understand. The only reason why I give 4 out of 5 stars and not a full 5 stars are the bolts/fasteners used. Seems to be off-the-shelf hardware and not Grade 8 or Grade 10.9 and I feel with it being suspension hardware the bolts should be of a higher mark. Otherwise this is a fine kit and was an easy install.

The grade of the bolts is equivalent to Grade 8 in the metric system, ensuring the strength and reliability needed for suspension applications.

The lift kit was easy to install with the clear instructions that are included in the kit. The ATV did seem to sit higher and I was impressed with the feel of the ride. It seemed easier to load and unload. The ride on the trails seemed easier to control especially over the rougher area's. I did take it a bit slower as it is taller, but the handling was very nice. The steering seemed a bit easier as well, but that could be just my imagination. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone.

the kit is very well put together but the steel bushings for the front suspension are too large. the is no way that the shock will fit. I had to take the grinder to the steel bushings to make a flat spot on them in order for there to be enough clearance for the shocks. If I didn’t do that, I would have returned the lift kit.

Decent quality kit although the photos show grade 8 bolts, I recieved a lesser quality bolt instead. Kind of false advertisement.
