PERFEX Industries warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. They do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or damage caused by impacts or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the product or vehicle is sold or transferred to a new owner, the warranty does not transfer. Proof of purchase may be required.

PERFEX™ products identified as having a Lifetime Structural Warranty are covered against structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product, while owned by the original purchaser. If an eligible product cracks, breaks, or otherwise experiences a structural failure due to a manufacturing or material defect under normal and intended use, PERFEX Industries Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component.

This warranty covers the structural integrity of the PERFEX™ product itself and does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, finishes or coatings, corrosion, hardware and other wear items. Damage caused by impacts, collisions, rollovers, misuse, improper installation or torque, overloading, modifications, abuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose is not considered a structural defect and is not covered.

PERFEX™ products covered by a 5-Year, 1-Year, or 180-Day Limited Warranty are protected against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period shown in the Quick Summary above and on the product page. If a covered defect occurs under normal and intended use, PERFEX Industries Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component.

Limited warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, impacts, accidents, misuse, improper installation, modifications, abuse, neglect, or damage caused by external factors or environmental exposure. Products designed to absorb impacts, abrasion, or wear are not covered for damage resulting from performing their intended function.

PERFEX Industries Inc. reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, and determine warranty eligibility for any claim. If a claim is approved, the appropriate remedy will be determined in accordance with this Warranty Policy and applicable law.

You will need to include your order number or proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and affected area.
