Who is eligible for the Military Discount?
The PERFEX Military Discount is available to verified active-duty service members and veterans. To qualify, you'll need to create a PERFEX Account and provide proof of your current or previous military service for verification.
How much is the Military Discount?
The PERFEX Military Discount provides 15% off all products for eligible active-duty service members and veterans once their military status has been verified and their account has been approved.
How do I apply?
To apply, create a PERFEX Account, then submit your request by email using the same email address associated with your account. Be sure to include proof of your current or previous military service. Once your eligibility has been verified, we'll activate your Military Discount and notify you by email.
What proof of military service is accepted?
We accept any official document that confirms your current or previous military service. This may include a military ID, veteran ID, discharge papers, or other government-issued documentation. If you're unsure whether your document qualifies, feel free to contact us before applying.
How long does verification take?
We aim to review and verify all Military Discount applications within 1–2 business days. Once your request has been approved, we'll send you a confirmation email and activate your discount on your PERFEX Account.
Do I need a PERFEX Account?
Yes. You'll need to create a PERFEX Account before applying for the Military Discount. This allows us to verify your eligibility and activate your discount on the correct account once your application has been approved.
Will I need to verify my military status every time I place an order?
No. Military verification is only required once. After your application has been approved, your Military Discount will remain active on your PERFEX Account for future purchases unless additional verification is required.
Can I combine the Military Discount with other promotions or discount codes?
No. The Military Discount cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes.
However, your 15% discount is applied to the current price displayed on our website, including products that are already on sale. Any additional promotional or discount codes cannot be combined with the Military Discount.
What if I use a different email address than my PERFEX Account?
Please use the same email address associated with your PERFEX Account when submitting your application. If you use a different email address, we won't be able to link your Military Discount to the correct account, which may delay the verification process.
Is the Military Discount transferable?
No. The PERFEX Military Discount is personal and is available only to verified active-duty service members and veterans. It cannot be transferred, shared, or used by family members, friends, or anyone else.
