Order Cancellation

Any order can be cancelled for a full 100% refund at any time before it has been shipped.

Return Conditions

All products are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. No returns are accepted for products marked as "Final Sale".

Product Condition for Return

The product must be new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging to be resalable. For products returned not adhering to these conditions, please refer to the 'Damaged or Defective Items' section.

Return Process

Easy as 1-2-3, here are the steps to follow to initiate a return request.

Before initiating a return, please ensure you have thoroughly read and understood our Return Policy. To start your return, navigate to the "Return a Product" link at the bottom of this page.
To find your order, enter your email address and click 'Send' to receive a 6-digit code via email. Copy and paste this code to proceed with your return.
Choose the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
Select your preferred refund method. Opting for store credit is advisable if you're considering an exchange.
Indicate your chosen method of returning the item. Currently, only one return option is available.
Review all entered details for accuracy, then submit your request to complete the return process. Our team will assess your request and contact you via email with a confirmation and RMA (return merchant number).

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for repackaging and returning the product at their own expense. No return labels will be provided.


Exceptions may apply to our 'Return Costs' section. For instance, if we make an error or ship the wrong item, we will take responsibility with no additional cost for the customer.

Exchange & Refunds


To maintain the clarity and simplicity of our return process, we do not offer exchanges on any items. We encourage customers to return their original purchase for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.


We offer refunds either to the original method of payment or as store credit. The choice is yours. Please be aware that all refunds will be issued based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Shippings Fees:

Shipping fees associated with the original order are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the return, including but not limited to personal preference, size issues, or other similar reasons.

Return Processing Time

Once we have received your return, please allow 2-4 business days for us to inspect and process your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Up to a 30% fee may be applied for products returned that do not meet the 'Return Conditions' section.

Special Remarks

There is no possibility to refund the purchase amount to a different payment method than the one used at the time of purchase. Should the original payment method no longer be accessible, we will issue a store credit as an alternative.

Third-Party Purchase & Return

Purchases from Authorized Retailes:

When purchasing PERFEX Industries products through authorized retailers, returns must be processed directly with the retailer from whom the purchase was made, in accordance with their own return policy.

We emphasize that returns of products bought from authorized retailers cannot be handled by PERFEX Industries directly. Our return policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our website.
