At the time, we unfortunately didn’t have any replacement studs left for the older generation of spacers you had, and the 1" spacers were also out of stock. I offered to sell you a single spacer as soon as our new production was available, but I completely dropped the ball and forgot to follow up with you when they came back in stock. That part is 100% on me, and I’m truly sorry that you ended up purchasing a complete set because I missed that follow-up. I completely understand your frustration and the 1-star review. This is not the level of customer service I normally provide, and I sincerely apologize again, David.

Second lift kit and wheel spacer kit I have purchased from Perfex, and both installed with ease! The first was a CF Moto 950 Trail with 1.5" lift, and the one just completed is a 2026 CF Moto 1000 Touring Camo with a 2" lift, 1.25" spacers and 29" Tusk Terra Bite tires. Great products, high quality and great fitment!

We installed the lift kit and the spacers on both the front and the back. Surprising enough, our uforce 800xl felt substantially higher and felt more stable. I always felt a little uneasy on uneven ground as if the side by side might tip over. But after installing the lift and spacers, I no longer feel that unease because of the increased stability. I would definitely recommend the lift kit and spacers from Perfex.

Called Perfex looking for lift kit and spacers for 2023 950 trail to inquire on when they anticipated availability on the 1.5" spacers as the web site indicated they were sold out.. Went to voice mail so I elected to hang up and call back. Frederik called me back minutes later and explained they had some on order but it would be 3-4 weeks so I elected to wait and order all together. Two days later he called me back to say they had sourced some from another manufacturer and he would be able to fill my order that day. 7 days later they arrived, installed this weekend with minimal difficulty. The front upper shock bolts are difficult to access on this unit but if you remove the front hood, much easier. Lift and spacers totally changed this buggy, looks much stouter. Took it out for a rip, clearance and handling in the trails a big improvement even though I was satisfied with the ride and handling already. Thank you for the great product and customer service. thank you for building a kit that is easy to install ,,fits perfectly,,looks WOW,,stock uforce600 now with 13 in clearence on stock tires and shocks set on 3rd knotch...wheel spacers are aligned right where they should be..so you can think of the end result when i find the right tire size and go to a 14in rim...thanks for ease of ordering and quick delivery...keep up the great work and a big thank you to all the staff envouled in your company..

Haven't had a chance to put them on yet but everything looks good it's a 200 mile ride and right now there's 3 feet of snow on the ground at my camp that's where the machine is so I'll let you know come The end of April may when I can get up there I will send you pictures remind me

I reached out to Perfex about which wheel spacers would fit my setup and not push the wheel base over what my 5 foot wide utility trailer would allow for loading the UTV. Before the lift I only had about 1.5 inches clearance on both sides. I sent an email with my trailer and Uforce measurements, and almost immediately Frederick, the CEO, replied and gave me his recommendations which were to order 1.25" spacers for the back and 1 inch for the front. He was spot on. I have about an inch to spare on both sides after the install. Great customer service and a great product.
